    • All photos must be clear, high-quality images. Blurry photos may affect the final print.

    • No photo collages. Please submit one clear image per design unless discussed beforehand.

    • Please double-check spelling of all names, dates, and wording before submitting your order. We print exactly what is entered.

    • Orders must be picked up on the selected pickup date.

    Rush orders are subject to approval based on current workload. If we are unable to accommodate your request, you will be notified and refunded the rush fee.
